Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service abilities are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships through communication
- Providing accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions
- Following up on complaint resolutions
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Processing customer accounts and filing documents
- Following communication procedures and policies
- Engaging customers beyond basic needs
Skills Required:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability to different customer types
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
- Analytical skills (preferred)
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the US
- US resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
