Part-Time Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Understand customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build strong customer relationships through communication
• Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
• Meet sales and call handling targets
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
• Follow up on resolutions
• Maintain customer interaction records, process accounts, and file documents
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

• Excellent customer service skills
• Over-achieving quota track record
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and adaptability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong data entry skills
• Computer skills
• Outbound calling experience (preferred)
• Analytical skills
• Multilingual/bilingual proficiency (a plus)
• Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
• Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the US
• US resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
