Job Details
We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads and identify customer needs.
- Build customer relationships through effective communication.
- Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts.
- Adhere to communication procedures and policies.
- Engage customers proactively.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to exceed quota
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability and responsiveness
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual or bilingual skills (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the US
- US resident (excluding specific states)
