Part-Time Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming calls.
2. Generate sales leads and identify customer needs.
3. Build customer relationships through effective communication.
4. Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.
5. Meet sales targets and call handling quotas.
6. Resolve customer complaints and follow up on resolutions.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts.
8. Adhere to communication procedures and policies.
9. Engage customers proactively.

• Strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to exceed quota
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Adaptability and responsiveness
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong data entry skills
• Computer skills
• Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
• Analytical skills
• Multilingual or bilingual skills (a plus)
• Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
• Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the US
• US resident (excluding specific states)
