We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and accurately and efficiently resolve emerging customer account problems.
Ideal CSRs are genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionate communicators. They enjoy interacting with people.
Customer service representatives put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is invaluable, and these CSRs can gather it for you.
Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They confidently troubleshoot and investigate when insufficient information hinders complaint resolution.
The goal is to uphold excellent service standards, promptly respond to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities
- Manage high call volumes.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
- Meet personal/team sales and call handling targets.
- Handle customer complaints, propose solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up for resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, manage accounts, and file documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Qualifications
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Track record of exceeding quotas.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various customer types.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Computer skills.
- Experience with outbound calling.
- Analytical skills.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Sales and upselling experience is preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency is advantageous.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- US resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, and WI).
