Customer Service Representative

We seek a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customer needs
• Build customer relationships
• Provide accurate information
• Meet sales and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up
• Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
• Adhere to communication procedures
• Exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Adaptability and responsiveness to diverse customer types
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proficient in English
• Strong data entry skills
• Computer skills
• Outbound calling experience (preferred)
• Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the US
• US resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
