Customer Service Representative
Looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A CSR acts as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication, empathy, and patience are key.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customer needs to improve satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.
- Meet personal and team sales/call handling quotas.
- Handle complaints, find solutions, and follow up.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures.
- Engage customers proactively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service abilities
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptable and responsive to diverse personalities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in English

- Outbound calling experience (preferred)
