We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently.

- Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information using proper tools
- Meet personal/team sales and call handling targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability and ability to handle diverse customer types
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
