Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve emerging problems our customer accounts might face accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs for satisfaction
- Build relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate product/service information using appropriate methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up for resolution
- Maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Adhere to communication procedures and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to exceed quotas
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
