We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative (CSR).Responsibilities include managing calls, generating leads, identifying customer needs, building relationships, providing accurate information, meeting targets, handling complaints, following up, keeping records, and following communication procedures. Essential skills include excellent customer service, a track record of exceeding quotas, good phone etiquette and communication skills, familiarity with CRM, and strong time management skills. Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.Requirements include being at least 18 years old and having a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and reside in a state excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI.
