Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers through communication
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Meet sales and call handling targets
- Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up
- Record interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers beyond expectations
Skills:
- Strong communication skills

- Familiarity with CRM systems
