We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping customers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers through effective communication
- Provide accurate information using appropriate tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow communication procedures and policies
