Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A CSR will act as a liaison, providing product/service information, and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers through communication
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales and call handling targets
- Handle complaints, provide solutions and follow up
- Record interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers beyond expectations
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Analytical skills
- (Multilingual/bilingual a plus)
Additional Information:
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience with outbound calling
- Sales and upselling experience preferred
- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage
- At least 18 years old
