Customer Service Agent
We are seeking service-minded individuals for Customer Service Agent positions. Handle inbound customer interactions for major brands, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the US
- U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
- Ability to follow instructions and meet performance standards
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
