Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative (CSR). A CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build customer relationships
- Provide accurate information

- Handle customer complaints
