We are seeking a customer-oriented Service Representative. A CSR acts as a liaison, provides product/service information, and efficiently resolves customer issues. Successful CSRs are enthusiastic helpers, patient, empathetic, and passionate communicators.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying customer needs for satisfaction
- Building strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Providing accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools
- Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, offering solutions and alternatives, and ensuring resolutions
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers
