We are seeking a customer-oriented Customer Service Representative.
A CSR will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping customers are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify customer needs and achieve satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints and provide solutions
- Maintain customer interaction records
