Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer account problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building relationships with customers
- Providing accurate information
- Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints
- Following up on resolutions
- Recording interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures and policies
- Engaging customers proactively
Skills Required:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Customer orientation
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in English
- Data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
