Part-Time Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A CSR will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently.

• Experience with CRM systems
• Data entry proficiency

Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming calls
2. Generate sales leads
3. Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build strong customer relationships
5. Provide accurate information using proper methods
6. Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
8. Maintain records of customer interactions
9. Follow communication procedures
10. Engage customers proactively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• US resident (exceptions apply)
• Proficient in English
• Spanish proficiency a plus
• Experience with outbound calling and upselling is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM systems
