Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Seasonal Part-Time)

The primary responsibility is to answer calls and respond to emails from event attendees, providing outstanding customer service on behalf of event organizers using the Brushfire platform.

Responsibilities include assisting event organizers with changes to their events and placing/changing orders, while adhering to customer service policies.

This is a part-time, work-from-home position, primarily for weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday, 8am - 6pm) and weekday afternoons/early evenings (no later than 7pm). The position is for October - December.

Necessary characteristics:

• Attentive listening and concise verbal communication skills.
• English speaking and hearing ability for effective phone communication.
• Computer, internet, and keyboard proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Calm and composed under high call volume.
• Motivated to learn independently.
• Good organization and time management.

Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

Preference for candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX metro area.
