Job Details
We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative (CSR). A CSR will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Ideal CSRs are genuinely helpful, patient, empathetic, and communicative. They enjoy talking to people and can easily put themselves in the customer's shoes to advocate for them.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building strong customer relationships through communication
- Providing accurate information using the right tools
- Meeting sales and call handling targets
- Handling complaints with solutions and follow-up
- Documenting customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers.

- Familiarity with CRM systems
