We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently.
Excellent customer service abilities, problem-solving skills, strong communication and listening skills are essential.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, identifying customer needs, building relationships, providing accurate information, meeting sales targets, handling complaints, following up, keeping records, and following communication procedures.
