We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relationships with customers
• Provide accurate information
• Meet sales targets
• Handle complaints, provide solutions
• Keep records of interactions
• Follow communication procedures
• Engage customers

• Multilingual/bilingual a plus
• Sales/upselling experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the US
• US resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI)
