Job Details
We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and efficiently resolve customer issues. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, generating sales leads, identifying customer needs, building customer relationships, providing accurate information, meeting sales targets, handling complaints, following up on resolutions, recording interactions, processing accounts, and following communication procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
Other desirable skills:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Outbound calling experience
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
Additional Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
- US resident (any state except CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
