We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve emerging problems. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and can put themselves in their customers' shoes, advocating for them when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build relationships with customer accounts
- Provide accurate information
- Meet sales targets
- Handle customer complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
