The Customer Solutions Representative is the “Voice of Master Lock” interacting with consumers on product or warranty questions.
  • Delivers a consumer experience that drives unsolicited, positive “word of mouth” advertisement for Masterlock/Sentry Safe
  • Manages inbound calls to resolve product and technical support issues.
  • Uses technology to assist consumers with product identification and technical support.
  • Negotiates solutions in challenging situations.
  • Maintains professional composure.
  • Achieves daily metrics in call quality, call management, and productivity.
  • Records consumer demographics, product information, and troubleshooting efforts.
