The Customer Solutions Representative is the “Voice of Master Lock” interacting with consumers on product or warranty questions.
- Delivers a consumer experience that drives unsolicited, positive “word of mouth” advertisement for Masterlock/Sentry Safe
- Manages inbound calls to resolve product and technical support issues.
- Uses technology to assist consumers with product identification and technical support.
- Negotiates solutions in challenging situations.
- Maintains professional composure.
- Achieves daily metrics in call quality, call management, and productivity.
- Records consumer demographics, product information, and troubleshooting efforts.
