Part-Time Customer Support Representative

Job SummaryTogetherwork is a family of SaaS solutions focusing on organizational management, administration, and payment processing. In this part-time role (20-29 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm ET, Tues & Wed required), you'll support our Rec & Leisure business line. Assist customers using our software for online registration, tuition calculation, and payments for dance studios. This role is temporary, ending September 30, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions.
• Answer 'how-do-I?' and 'how-should-I?' inquiries.
• Ensure customer success and a positive experience.
• Respond to client questions/issues (bugs, feature requests, business processes) via phone, chat, and email.
• Work directly with clients, development, and QA teams to resolve system issues.
• Document FAQs and knowledge-based content.
• Document requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with phone support.
• Ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible work schedule (including weekends).
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and time management skills.
• Proven track record of performance.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge/passion for the dance industry.
• SaaS/payments experience preferred, but not required.
