Part-Time Customer Support Specialist

Marco Polo is a video chat app designed for close connections.

We are seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist who is friendly, reliable, and eager to help our users.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage customer inquiries from various channels (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, email, Instagram).
• Develop product expertise using Marco Polo.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions effectively.
• Collect user feedback and share insights with Product and other teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer support.
• Experienced supporting consumer products (experience with business products is a plus).
• Ability to understand and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Positive, warm, and friendly attitude.
• Desire to become a Marco Polo product expert.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively remotely and on flexible schedules, including Saturdays.

Compensation:

Target pay rate: $20 per hour. Final offer may vary.
