Trupanion is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide thoughtful, responsive support to pet owners.
  • Assist customers by phone, chat, and email.
  • Manage high call volumes within tight deadlines.
  • De-escalate difficult situations with empathy.
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to support customers.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve problems effectively.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Engage in video calls to collaborate with the team.
Experience You Have:
  • 2+ years in a high-volume call center or customer service role.
  • Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM Systems.
