Helping clients through real-time support (Telegram, Instagram). Interacting with other departments to resolve issues. Social media monitoring to identify customer requests and responding quickly.
Responding to comments and messages on social media, providing prompt and professional support. Creating reports on customer activity on social media analyzing them to improve services. Tracking trends and new opportunities for effective customer engagement on social media.
Creating content for the Telegram channel, including writing posts, developing visual materials, and planning a content strategy. Working on attracting an audience to the Telegram channel and maintaining active interaction with subscribers. Analyzing the effectiveness of content in the channel, implementing improvements to increase engagement, reach, tracking competitors' activity, and analyzing their strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a focus on social media management.
Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
