At ServiceNow, we're deploying our own technology for our digital transformation. In Global People Product and Service Delivery (GPPSD), we're passionate about using our platform to streamline processes, connect systems, empower our teams, and improve employee experiences.

Role Summary:

You will manage and coordinate a program to support GPPSD's commitment to showcase our use of the ServiceNow platform as Customer Zero.

You will support executives and expert practitioners to share experiences as Customer Zero and help customers on their journeys. You will utilize your expertise to help GPPSD teams deepen knowledge of our products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Practitioner Preparation
    • Review customer engagement requests and align practitioners with enterprise Now on Now Engagement teams.
    • Partner with Account Executives to understand needs, develop targeted content, and prepare GPPSD practitioners for meetings and demonstrations.
    • Coordinate executive availability with Executive Assistants.
    • Create, prepare, and distribute content to support Customer Zero presentations.
  2. Customer Zero Journey Stories
    • Drive content strategy and development for GPPSD; identify new story opportunities.
    • Create customer-ready executive summaries for HR personas.
    • Maintain Customer Zero story pipeline; ensure timely completion, aligning with OKRs.
    • Engage partner teams to draft stories or provide content.
    • Create, edit, and publish GPPSD and other GP stories.
    • Update and maintain GP master Customer Zero story deck.
    • Contribute content for annual user conference presentations.
    • Share best practices with GP and corporate Now on Now teams.
  3. Customer Zero Program Governance
    • Update story template, submission, and review processes.
    • Enable GPPSD and GP teams on new practitioner criteria.
    • Document and maintain a listing of all GPPSD practitioners, including expertise, use cases, and success stories.
    • Engage enterprise teams on new development opportunities.
    • Align speakers for and promote Now on Now webinars.
    • Liaise with Now on Now analytics team to report on monthly customer engagements, pipeline influence, contract value closed, and new stories created.
  4. Other Communications and Enablement
    • Provide support and content for GPPSD communications and events.
    • Enhance engagement, connection, and understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
    • Support quarterly town halls, Workplace articles, videos, updates, and team events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration.
  • 5+ years with ServiceNow's platform and products.
  • In-depth product knowledge of ServiceNow's Employee Workflows.
  • Strong understanding of GP's AI and automation in HRSD.
  • 5+ years in program management, strategy, sales operations, or business transformation.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, and internal communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong storytelling abilities.
  • Experience creating and managing various content types.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team player and problem-solver.
