Full-Time Data Acquisition - B1

Data Collector Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in training, pass the exam (minimum 85% score) for certification.
2. Visit selected establishments to conduct barcodes and surveys following the training methodology, procedures, and instructions.
3. Read questions aloud to establishment owners or managers verbatim, following the exact question order and format.
4. Adhere to assigned routes and workload, reporting promptly to the workplace. Communicate immediately to your manager about any field issues, doubts, or problems.
5. Always carry required equipment (cell phone, credentials, etc.). Maintain the proper care and use of tools to collect data efficiently.
6. Perform all assigned tasks according to your skill set.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school/secondary education completed.
• Preferably with experience in fieldwork (out-of-office work) related to consumer products.
• Good knowledge of the city (easy location and navigation).
• Basic knowledge of technology (Outlook, Drive, tablets, smartphones, survey software, etc.).
• Attention to detail: Ability to analyze, systematize, and structure numerical/statistical data. Sensitivity to analyze available information when collecting data, questioning to detect unusual situations that affect work.
• Results-oriented with quality: Ability to orient own/other behaviors to achieve or exceed expected results, under NIQ quality standards.
• Planning and organization: Efficiently determine goals and priorities considering stages, actions, and resources. Use monitoring and verification mechanisms of task progress, applying corrective measures.
• Interpersonal relations: Skill to establish and maintain productive relationships with the appropriate people inside and outside the organization. Be empathetic, patient, and build rapport.
• Effective communication: Persistent efforts and adapting communication methods to influence and achieve objectives (achieve acceptance of an idea, a plan, an activity, or a product by a collaborator or team member).
