About Pacific Health Group: Revolutionizing healthcare by improving health outcomes and coordinating community-based services.
Overview: Key role maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. Ensures timely reporting, system integration, and strategic insights. Remote position, preference for San Diego, CA candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Governance & System Integrity: Maintain data quality across platforms, perform audits, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot system errors.
- Compliance Reporting & Eligibility Management: Manage health plan compliance submissions, validate data, conduct eligibility checks, and document requalification activities.
- Strategic Analysis & Leadership Reporting: Compile reports on member statuses, track trends, translate data into actionable insights.
- Outreach Strategy & Research: Support program expansion by aggregating data, researching community events, and tracking outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in data administration, reporting, or compliance.
- Healthcare or business services industry experience preferred.
- Expert proficiency with SQL and database query tools.
- Experience in Monday.com, SalesMate, Google Workplace is a plus.
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal, ECM, CalAIM, and health plan compliance processes.
