Full-Time Data Analyst

Objective: Contribute to the development, deployment, and improvement of automatic role-based reports and analytics methods to enhance data structure, quality, and insights within the Sourcing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Capture and analyze internal customers’ data and analytics requirements.
• Perform exploratory and targeted data analysis using descriptive statistics and other relevant methods.
• Collaborate with technical teams on predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives.
• Work with data engineers on data quality assessment and analytics for sourcing data.
• Produce reports to document, communicate, and support decision-making.
• Communicate methods, findings, and hypotheses with stakeholders.
• Create or update standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:

• Tableau experience is mandatory.
• Power BI experience is a strong plus.
• English proficiency: minimum C1 level (the role requires daily communication entirely in English).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Industry-specific experience is no longer required.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 6+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years in Data Analytics or Data Science
• OR Master’s degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
