Full-Time Healthcare Data Analyst

Evio is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst with experience in the healthcare industry and deep knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data to join our analytics team. This role involves developing and maintaining data analytics projects and products that provide insights into health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain healthcare analytic tools to optimize health plan members' use of medical and prescription drugs.
• Develop and enhance Evio’s digital health tools that provide clinical insights to physicians in real-time.
• Collaborate with clinicians in the development of Real-World Evidence (RWE) research studies.
• Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of medical and prescription drug claims data.
• Partner with analytics, clinical, and technology teams to drive automation initiatives and AI adoption.

Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience as a healthcare data analyst at a health plan.
• Deep knowledge of medical and prescription drug claims data at the claim line level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and/or similar business analytic or modeling tools.
• Familiarity with Medispan (or First Databank) and medical coding systems (HCPCs, CPTs).
• Experience working with large, complex databases and process automation.
• Bachelor's degree.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with additional variable compensation.
