Full-Time Data Center Design Manager

AECOM seeks a Design Manager for colocation and hyper-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data center design teams to meet client requirements.
• Develop and enforce project/program management plans.
• Manage client meetings and communications.
• Proactively manage change and resolve issues.
• Develop technical and financial proposals.
• Build trusting relationships with clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in Data Centers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License.
• 10+ years design/project management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Professional.
• Leadership in data center trade organizations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
