We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in our company's databases, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of critical information.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from various sources into company databases with speed and accuracy
- Verify and validate data to maintain the highest level of data quality
- Update and maintain existing records in the database system
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data
- Assist in generating reports and data summaries as requested
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management processes
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry software (SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel)
- Demonstrated excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Familiarity with database management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
