This role will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting day-to-day financial operations. Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
Conduct financial analysis and assist with variance analysis.
Assist with audit preparation and provide support during audits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and transparency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience 1-2 years as a Finance Assistant, Finance Specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
