We are seeking a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist to support our client in the fast-paced inspections industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry from inspection documents, reports, and images.
- Review inspection photos and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal standards.
- Tag, categorize, and organize digital files for inspection records.
- Identify and escalate inconsistencies or missing information in submitted materials.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize Salesforce and other platforms to manage records, update status, and input inspection outcomes.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to clarify documentation-related issues.
- Assist in improving data entry workflows and suggesting automation or simplification opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certification is a plus.
- At least 1–2 years in a data entry, administrative, or quality assurance role, preferably in a documentation-heavy industry.
- Strong written English communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, data validation), and Google Workspace.
Ensures precision in data entry and documentation by cross-verifying information and following structured guidelines.
Reviews photos and documentation submitted for inspections and flags any inconsistencies.
Upholds data quality and standardization through regular checks and reports.
Manages deadlines and daily quotas in a remote work setting with minimal supervision.
