Full-Time Data Migration Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data management and migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal and industry standards.
• Leverage understanding of clinical concepts to map, validate, and transform healthcare data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement data workflows that align with clinical and operational objectives.
• Perform data audits, identify discrepancies, and develop strategies to ensure seamless data migration and management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, recommending improvements to enhance data quality and system efficiency.
• Engage with federal stakeholders to support data operations that meet unique federal project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data management or data migration, particularly within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of clinical concepts and terminology, facilitating effective data mapping and migration in clinical environments.
• Experience with federal projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in database management, ETL processes, and data integration tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data management or healthcare IT (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (preferred).
