Full-Time Data Scientist

We’re seeking a versatile and hands-on Data Scientist to join our analytics team and help drive performance across the entire game lifecycle—from user acquisition to in-game engagement and monetization.

Responsibilities:

• Build and refine LTV and ROAS prediction models.
• Analyze player behavior to uncover churn patterns, engagement drivers, and opportunities for personalization.
• Collaborate with game designers and product teams to evaluate progression systems, level difficulty, and matchmaking balance.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for new features, events, or offers to improve player retention and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain data models and pipelines (e.g., using SQL, dbt).
• Create dashboards and automated reports.
• Work with marketing teams on attribution (e.g., SKAN) and campaign analysis.
• Proactively propose and drive data science initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in data science or analytics (gaming, mobile apps, or tech).
• Strong analytical foundation, degree in relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with predictive modeling (regression, classification, clustering).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing.
• Familiarity with key game metrics (DAU, retention, monetization KPIs), and marketing metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS).
• Proven ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).
• Interest in LLMs or generative AI tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Well-organized and positive work style.
