Job Details
As a Data Scientist, you'll develop data models to meet the organization's decision-making process. Manage the flow of information between departments through relational databases, maintaining data integrity by eliminating redundancy. Responsibilities include:
- Enable better decisions using data
- Help solve client challenges (e.g., performance mgmt., product or methodology evolution POC)
- Translate client requirements to actionable solutions/products
- Identify new business opportunities for clients
About You: You have experience with data analysis, Python, and strong communication skills for complex client interactions. Proven ability to work in global, cross-functional teams. Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics) with outstanding analytical skills and strong technical leadership.
Preferred Experience: Quantitative analysis, engineering, statistical or technical field background. Knowledge of modeling techniques (Linear Regression, Time Series Regression, K-means, Neural Networks, Decision Trees, Classification, Machine Learning, Deep Learning).
Responsibilities Include: Leads prototyping (what-ifs) and supporting pilot programs for R&D purposes. Develop creative scientific approaches to solve client business questions. Draw impactful insights for clients using data. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, or other statistical packages. Ability to communicate effectively with clients. Demonstrates experience in statistical techniques, market research methodologies, research processes, and the complexity of consumer businesses/client needs.
Strong Project Management & Communication Skills: Present and explain methodological/operational solutions to clients and executive leadership.
Salary: $55,500 - $90,000 (base) + potential sales-based incentive/performance bonus.
