Job Details
As a Data Scientist, you'll develop data models to meet the organization's decision-making process. Manage information flow between departments using relational databases and maintain data integrity by eliminating redundancy.
Responsibilities:
- Enable better decisions using data.
- Solve client challenges (e.g., performance management, product/methodology evolution POC).
- Translate client requirements to actionable solutions/products.
- Identify new business opportunities within clients.
About You:
- Experience with data, Python, and strong communication skills to solve complex client issues.
- Experience working in global cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the big picture while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-changing digital media measurement world.
- Knowledge of big data and readiness to influence future trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or Econometrics with strong analytical expertise and technical leadership.
- Experience in quantitative analysis (preferred).
- Strong educational background in engineering, statistical, or technical fields.
- Knowledge of modeling techniques (Linear regression, Time series Regression, K-means, Neural Networks, Decision trees, Classification, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.).
- Lead prototyping and support pilot programs for R&D purposes.
- Develop creative scientific approaches to solve client business questions.
- Push the boundaries of data to draw impactful insights for clients.
- Proficient in Python, R, SQL, or other statistical packages.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and ability to present and explain solutions to clients and executives.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Demonstrate experience in statistical techniques, market research methodologies, research processes, operations, and knowledge of consumer businesses.
Compensation:
Salary range: $55,500 - $90,000.
