Full-Time Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, develop data models to meet the organization's decision-making needs. Manage information flow between departments using relational databases, ensuring data integrity by eliminating redundancy.

• Enable better decisions using data.
• Help solve client challenges (e.g., performance management, product/methodology evolution POCs).
• Translate client requirements into actionable solutions/products.
• Identify new business opportunities for clients.

About you:

• Experience with data analysis, Python, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the fast-paced digital media measurement world.
• Knowledge of big data trends and influencing future innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, or Econometrics.
• Strong analytical and technical leadership expertise.
• Experience in quantitative analysis preferred.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL or other statistical packages.
• Excellent communication skills to clients and executive leadership.
• Knowledge in modeling techniques like Linear Regression, Time series Regression, K-means, Neural Networks, Decision trees, Classification, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.
• Ability to lead prototyping and support pilot programs for R&D.
• Develop innovative solutions to address client business questions using available data.
• Demonstrate experience in statistical techniques, market research, research processes, and operations, alongside an understanding of consumer businesses and client needs.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Compensation:

$55,500 - $90,000 (negotiable depending on experience, qualifications, and location)
