Job Details
Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to support business decisions across product, marketing, and CRM.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses, A/B tests, and hypothesis validation.
Prepare, clean, and aggregate data using SQL, Python, or R.
Analyze key metrics (LTV, churn, retention, ROI) and identify influencing factors.
Provide data-driven recommendations and present insights to product, marketing, and CRM teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, or R.
- Proven experience in handling complex product and marketing ad-hoc analyses.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills.
