Job Details
Sweat Foundation is seeking a Data Scientist to build an AI-Driven user communication engine.
Role Overview:
Replace a patchwork of push/email/support tools with an LLM-powered platform. Orchestrate inbound and outbound communications, select the right channel and moment, and craft personalized messages at scale.
Harness behavioral data and operational history to ensure every message is consistent, respectful, and useful.
Current Communication System:
- Outbound product communications (emails and pushes) via Moengage and direct from the back-end.
- Ticketing support system with custom LLM agent and Zendesk email agents
- In-app information LLM agent
- Socials (Telegram, Discord, Twitter) managed by human moderators
- Appstore, GooglePlay, Trustpilot, etc. reviews
You will research, build, ship, and run experiments to optimize these systems, potentially merging them into a single content-rich engine.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced SQL and Python
- Ability to write production-ready code (Docker, Git, Airflow)
- Knowledge and experience of statistical methods
- Product-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive mindset
- Excellent English-speaking skills
- Experience in building with LLMs (prompting techniques and limitations, tool usage, context engineering)
