Full-Time Data Scientist

Our Data Science team plays a pivotal role in developing and refining predictive algorithms and models that drive fuel optimization for our clients. We are adopting a culture of data-driven decision-making and demand business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable.

Position Overview:Titan Cloud seeks an outstanding Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. This role focuses on building, testing, and deploying machine learning models, conducting data analysis, and contributing to the development of algorithms that support fuel optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both data science and Python development, with a keen ability to work on complex datasets and turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure real-time data processing, cleansing, and ingestion of large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems and continuously improve performance.
• Conduct statistical analyses to discover trends and insights from large datasets.
• Utilize Python to write scalable, production-ready code that powers predictive analytics and optimization models.
• Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights align with business objectives.
• Implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in creating visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights to internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Python development, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python for developing machine learning models, algorithms, and data processing pipelines.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experience with SQL for database management.
• Experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), including deploying and managing machine learning models on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong mathematical foundation in Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra.
• Experience with data cleansing and ingestion processes for large-scale datasets.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies for software development.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Matplotlib).
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Experience with DevOps practices for data science workflows, such as containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in industries like fuel optimization or related fields.
