Full-Time Data Scientist - Optimization and Modeling

We are seeking Data Scientists, specifically Lead and Senior Data Scientists.

Responsibilities:

• Data preparation and statistical analysis.
• Predictive model and machine learning algorithm development.
• Evaluating data sources, identifying patterns, creating variables, and building models.
• Validating and cross-validating recommendations for sustained performance.
• Consulting/Client Interaction:
• Understanding client problems, industry context, data sources, risks, and constraints.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
• Design, implementation, and optimization of advanced models using Python, SQL, and GCP.
• Applying mathematical optimization techniques, particularly using Gurobi.
• Building and managing scalable data pipelines and workflows.

• Clear communication of analytical findings and methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years (Senior Data Scientist) or 5-7 years (Lead Data Scientist) experience in data science or advanced analytics.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based environments (GCP preferred).

Proven experience in mathematical optimization, with hands-on Gurobi use preferred.

Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow or Dataproc).

Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to complex projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
