Lead data exploration and analytics initiatives by connecting and analyzing diverse data sources to extract valuable insights. Own end-to-end data analytics processes. Develop and deploy automated data processing pipelines. Apply predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to create innovative solutions that drive business value. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective data science solutions.
Accountabilities
- Maintain and enforce data science best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of Data Science methods.
- Create documentation and training materials for new tools and data projects.
- Provide technical support in Data Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
- Transform stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions.
- Develop and validate features by consolidating internal/external databases.
Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in statistics, Applied mathematics, Data Science, Machine Learning, computer sciences, physics, or natural sciences.
- Deep expertise in data analytics applied to biology, agronomy, and crop protection, with strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Big Data technologies, cloud-based ecosystems, and database query languages (SQL).
- Proven expertise in Machine/Deep Learning algorithms and related Python libraries.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or Qlik Sense), with emphasis on Power BI.
- Strong communication skills in English.
