Assystem is seeking a Framework Manager to work on Nuclear & Defence projects.
As a Framework Manager, you'll be the key liaison for framework activities, ensuring collaboration, strategic alignment, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Oversight & Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact, foster strong relationships with the client, and collaborate with the Key Account Manager. Build and maintain stakeholder maps.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, manage the CRM system and KPIs, and oversee the framework lifecycle.
- Operational Support: Support day-to-day operations, align project delivery with client intelligence, and deliver a framework plan.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support dispute resolution.
- Framework Improvement & Innovation: Contribute to the development of contract management tools and drive continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of Nuclear Submarine operations.
- Proven experience in framework or large-scale contract management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy and confidence.
- Outstanding communication skills.
