We’re on the hunt for a Delivery Lead who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into our agile journey. Day to day you’ll:
- Help our agile squads do their thing - support, guide, and let them shine.
- Own projects from start to finish, making sure we deliver what matters, when it matters.
- Knock down roadblocks, keep things running smoothly, and keep everyone in the loop.
- Run all the good stuff like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros (you know the drill).
- Team up with product owners to shape MVPs and keep our backlogs tight.
- Take people on the journey, share your wisdom and help them grow.
- Pitch in to make our delivery game even better, always looking for ways to level up.
- Be a champion for safe working and keeping everyone healthy on the job.
You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with agile squads, product owners, cross-functional teams.
About You
You’re the kind of leader who brings energy to the room, loves cheering on your team, and thrives when things are moving fast.
We’re keen to meet people who:
- Have spent 5+ years wrangling complex projects—think tech, digital, or business change—and know their way around delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, you name it).
- Are a pro at keeping everything coordinated and you’ve got experience getting digital products out the door, especially if it’s in engineering or plant ops.
- Know how to help teams stay on track and deliver real outcomes
- Are a natural communicator who can work with all kinds of stakeholders and influence those around you. If you’ve led teams, even better!
Extra points if you’ve got a relevant qualification (like Prince2), PMO or BA background, or you’ve worked delivering to digital engineering or plant operations. A mix of agile and classic project management experience is a win.
Bottom line—you’re a go-to facilitator, not afraid of a bit of unknown, love helping teams to do their best work, and always ready to push for what matters.
